 Born out of a love/obsession for electronic music, Late Night Essentials looks to release quality house and tech house jams from artists the world over. Heavily influenced by the sounds and artists coming out of Detroit and Chicago in the late 80's and early 90's, Late Night Essentials explores the dark moody side of electronica.
Started in Dallas Texas, now based out of Atlanta Georgia, Late Night Essentials was founded in 1995 by Hard Sync co-founder Dan Kurzius. Having been a collector of electronic music since the late 80's, it only makes sense that Dan would create an outlet that allows him to share his love for music with others. These days, Dan is also joined by Atlanta native DJ Adam Smith, who shares similar musical interests. Adam helps nurture and push the label's vision.
